NOTE: I own multiple websites and I’ve used both Squarespace and WordPress for years. In fact, I stand by them so much that I actually teach my blogging students how to use BOTH of them in my Blogging to Win course. While I love them both, I feel like Squarespace is SO much easier to understand for new bloggers, or for folks who just struggle with the techie stuff!
I know that WordPress.org and Squarespace are not equivalent. They both help you get to the end result of having a website, but they do it in very different ways. So please don’t feel that you need to leave me any mean comments letting me know the two can’t properly be compared. I understand that because I have used both. Hooray for me! But new bloggers are often torn between knowing which one to use, and Squarespace can be easier to learn.
