https://github.com/ – Create your repository “USERNAME.github.io”. I believe it is case sensitive.

https://html5up.net/ – Find free to use templates for your website
http://codepen.io/ – Find specific code and features for your website

Things I mentioned to use if you don’t want to manually upload your files constantly:
– Github Desktop, (The one I use)
– GitKraken,
– GitBash (I also use this one but only for university work as it’s a rule)
