Here’s how to set up the audiences in your Google Ads campaigns. Go to audiences, add audience segment, select the campaign, ad group. You’ll see lots of these prebuilt audiences over here. You can either check one or multiple ones. And then you’ve got two options. And this is really important. You got targeted, which Google recommend targeting is going to narrow down your audiences.
As it says, you narrow the reach of your ad group to the selected segments if you want observation so that it has got no effect on the campaign in. But you just want to observe and see what’s happening on your campaigns. And once you start to get the data in, then you can adjust the bids on that audiences. Then you select the observation.
