Hint.CSS is a CSS tooltips library which is written in SASS scripting language. Using this we can create tool tips on any objects and div. Also we can modify and decorate styles of tool tips.
Hint.CSS library is a pure CSS based tool tip library so no JavaScript is used in this. So I would say this is a website performance friendly CSS library. This video shows you few sample tooltips created using Hint.CSS Tooltip Library.
