Here’s a peak into how I created this Captain Marvel inspired Cosplay Poster in Photoshop!

We had an awesome Cosplay photo shoot with Grand Rapids’ own Jackie Green (Radio Host from 105.3 HOT FM) as Captain Marvel. Robert Hall and I went to work! Rob drove across the state to link up and film an awesome BTS video of this shoot which will be live on his channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/rrhallPD Make sure to check him out!

I had a blast creating this mock movie poster design of Jackie Green as Captain Marvel! We wanted to do something a bit different and I chose to keep a simple artistic background and make her Pop!One of the biggest challenges here was figuring out how I wanted to work with her eyes. I didn’t want to go with was was accurate to the trailer and wanted something a bit more subdued, maybe early flare of her powers. I’m quite happy with how it turned out, stay tuned for a tutorial on creating the look of her eyes! I’m looking forward to diving deeper into my processes in later videos!

Please feel free to leave questions and feedback in the comments! I’d love to know how I can add value to everyone watching. Let me know what you’d like to see next!
