Hello everyone, my name is Sean Hakes – welcome to Wickedly Awesome WordPress tutorials. In this video, I am going to show you how to access WordPress.
First, whether you use WordPress’s free hosting service, or your own domain name, access to the WordPress admin interface should be the same. First, you’ll want to simply type in your website address followed by a forward slash and wp dash admin and press enter.
(example: mywebsite.com/wp-admin)
From there you’ll enter your user name and password. If you’re unsure what your password is you can simply click on “Lost your password” to reset it.
After you click enter or login, you’ll be directed to your WordPress dashboard.
