In this Episode I’m going to show you How to Create a Contact Form in WordPress using the Contact Form 7 Plugin.
Creating A Contact Form Using Contact Form 7 WordPress Plugin which can be found on the official WordPress Website Plugins section is a great option and is free.
Obviously you want your website visitors to communicate with you either through social media or through a contact form but by default WordPress does not have a contact from built in but we can use a plugin for that functionality.
Contact Form 7 can manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup. The form supports Ajax-powered submitting, CAPTCHA, Akismet spam filtering and so on.
Installing the Contact Form 7 WordPress Plugin is easy to do.
1. Login to your website
2. go to the dashboard
3. go to the plugins section
4. click on add new plugin
5. search for Contact Form 7
6. install then activate it.
It comes with a default contact form and you can use the shortcode on any page post or widget area.
You can also easily create different types of contact forms using this plugin with additional form fields.
