A lot of you have been asking me to make a tutorial on how to make and upload your own VRChat avatar, so I took this opportunity to try to break down the basics of what you need to know about Unity and how to set up your avatar for a very simple upload.
This doesn’t really go over animations or toggles, but does touch on it a little bit. I plan on making a dedicated video for toggles when I can. VRChat will be updating their SDK and the version of Unity they’re using soon, so I’ll be making tutorials based on the new versions of those when the time comes.
I know this is a different video from the usual thing and that’s my bad. I didn’t have time to record anything this week so opted in for something a little simpler! Hopefully this helps you!
