Have you ever made your own custom blend ground beef at home? Grinding your own burgers from scratch gives you customization control over the flavor and texture. You can choose to combine a variety of cuts, and even mix in other types of meat, like bacon!
Here’s my tutorial for how to make your own ground burgers at home (with a bonus quick recipe!).
Here’s the ingredients for the cheese sauce in the video:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup warm milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions: melt the butter in a pan, sprinkle in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly add the milk, whisking to avoid lumps. Stir in the cheddar, salt and hot sauce. Keep warm until ready to serve.
