Have you ever heard the saying “the money is in the list”?. The reason people say this is because it’s true, if you don’t have an email list you are leaving money on the table. If you want to know how to build an email list on social media for your affiliate marketing then this tutorial is for you.
Even thought this tutorial is about building an email list for affiliate marketers, this will work for anyone. The first thing you need to do when creating an email list is create a lead magnet. This can be anything from a simple cheatsheet to a full book or even a simple video. You will be giving this away to get an email in return.
To build your email list you will need to create a lead magnet page, I use ClickFunnels to do that. You can use other page builders if you want it just depends on how much money you have to spend on a landing page creator. You will then need some sort of email system so you can send out emails. You can use GetResponse for this. You can actually use GetResponse to create lead magnets as well if you want to keep everything in one system.
To build an email list you then need traffic and you should start with free traffic. The best traffic to build you list without spending any money is going to be Youtube or a blog. It’s much easier to create your own email list by using free traffic methods.
